WHEN A PETAL FALLS FROM THE CIRCLE:

Do you know what happens when a petal falls from the circle?

Briefly life is severed, death gets a minute, and then the circle repairs itself as it must.

In that brief, life makes an announcement,

death offers praise to heaven, though frustrated

He gets to keep nothing.

Poor death, poor poor death

Angels rejoice for the triumphant return of a soul,

One short sleep says ‘Donne‘, one short sleep to wake eternally.
